Dynamic Lighting - Cannot remove one Straight single polygon line

In my game "Unreal" inside the page called Doomvault, which I have used +8 hours making Dynamic Lighting for, I have a single straight "Tiny" red dynamic lighting polygon which I cannot remove. It's at the most top part of the map, and also marked with a Text pointing towards it. Is it possible for one of the Roll20 admins/dev to remove this for me?, I have tried everything myself to remove it. Thank u in advance :) BR. Christian R.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the dynamic lighting. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

If you can't select it, it may be behind another image, like a transparent portion of another picture. If this is the case, you can try moving those graphics or sending them to the back.

Something to try: From the Dynamic layer, CTRL+A to select all Right-click | Advanced | Group Move the group so that you will have better access to the problematic line. Right-click | Advanced | Ungroup Be very careful not to mess with the other lines/poly and try removing the problematic line. May have to use the editor's zoom.  Do not use your browsers zoom. CTRL+A to select all Right-click | Advanced | Group Carefully move your DL group back into position Right-click | Advanced | Ungroup You might want to make a copy of your DL group and paste it to the GM layer or even another map just in case... ;-)
- Phil B. 1. I already tried MS Edge, Firefox, Chrome (All newest version) 2. Tried, even though it didnt make much sense, since I can interfere with ALL other polygons (dynamic lighting) besides 1. 3. Clearing cache didn't do much magic either :( - Rabulias I cannot select it no, I tried separating ALL the dynamic lighting from it, still could not select nor remove it. I wish one from the Roll20 team would look at it soonish. Think I've tried everyting. It's pretty clear it's not at some other layer, since it ONLY shows up on "dynamic lighting". - Vince Good thinking, I did try group... Buuut, becuz I've spent +10 hours making ALOT of dynamic lighting browser crashed when doing step 2. Tried simply removing all other "dynamic lighting" (had a backup) to make absolutely sure it just wasen't me making a mistake. Please look into my problem Roll20, would very much like to use the map :'/
Try click-dragging a box around it to select it. If that works you can try to remove it. If not, open the console log and while it is open, try to select the line. I suggest this because I had a problem with objects on the DL layer where I could not select them unless click-dragging a box around it. Then I could delete or resize but I could not move them. I went through the troubleshooting steps and when at the step of turning on the console log, suddenly it all worked!
- Doug E Just tried having "console log" open while attempting the removal / selection, which didn't make any difference :( Could someone from the Roll20 Team please take a look at this. It's "just" a single linear polygon that needs removal because I cannot interfere with it.
If you want, I could log in and take a look at it. Would be a good idea to save a copy of the page via the transmogrifier just in case.

Okay, I did some poking around in a copy of your game (since I don't like to mess with people's games if I don't have to), and I was able to remove the wall. I think the selecting issue is kinda because the lines you're using are so thin, it kinda messes with the rendering engine and how stuff is selected a little bit. Anyways the steps to remove the line: 1. CTRL+A on the Dynamic Lighting layer to select all lines 2. Change the line type from thin to a larger size, I think I even just did small 3. Now you should be able to select the bad line, individually, and delete it
Wow, many thanks! It sure worked! Amazing, something I didn't try, but maybe didn't see it as a viable solution hence the "rendering engine" problem you mentioned. Anyways.. I will surely remember this from now on, in case I stumble upon similar stuff :) A 1000 thanks for helping me! :)
