Filter out closed forum threads

I would like to review forum threads that are still open only, and exclude closed threads. Most of the time the forum thread "is more than two months old" and is closed.  I see that ability on the voting threads, but not in general, so it may be a matter of applying something that already exists more generically. -Falsoon
