I wonder if it's possible to run a Pathfinder game based on Puella Magi Madoka Magica? I'm fiddling around with rules and a setting, but I'm not going to try anything since I'm already in three games (one on the site, 2 with friends). Has anyone tried something like this?

Madoka simply doesn't work with Pathfinder, go look for the RPG Magical Burst which is directly inspired by Madoka and you'll get some real results. To be perfectly honest Pathfinder isn't good for anything outside of standard medieval fantasy.
