Hi. I keep trying to promote a player to co-gm and i hover my mouse over their image but the menu doesnt appear.

Just to be sure; the icons that you are hovering over are on the Game Details page of the game in question? Also, could you please make sure that you have the  Game Details page focused first (e.g. by clicking anywhere on it) before attempting to hover over an icon?
