Stuck at Loading Screen

I am having the problem where I am stuck on the black loading screen. I can see the tools on the left hand side of the page, but nothing else loads. This issue happens on Chrome, Firefox, and IE, and on all three browsers on a separate computer as well. Alright, it looks like this was becoming an issue for several users, some ISP probably screwed up some routing somewhere that broke this for a bunch of people. So, we've switched from using Google's CDN to hosting the library locally, which should fix this specific issue for all of you.
