Random portaits/tokens popping up and moving around

So my group just started running pathfinder using roll 20 and we've been having some strange problems. Portraits have been popping up randomly and moving around on their own. At first it was the avatar of one of the PCs but now it's a random dwarf and some other portrait. They keep getting dragged around. I thought it was one of my friends goofing off at first because it was the avatar of one of the PCs but then it changed to the dwarf which was being used by no one. I had never actually seen it before. Here's a  screenshot of the pop ups. I'm running chrome version 49.0.2623.87 on windows 7.

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
