[5e] character sheet rest button?

Our group is using this 5e character sheet ( <a href="https://app.roll20.net/sheet-previews/dnd5e.png" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/sheet-previews/dnd5e.png</a> ) and we have been wondering if there is any way to simulate a long/short rest via button click that would automatically refresh applicaple abilities ect?

Not without the use of the API which is a pro feature.

Sheet Workers could accomplish this. This Character Sheet was created and is maintained by the Roll20 community—you could appeal to the sheet's author(s) in a bid to consider, develop and implement this feature by making a post in the most recent/relevant thread created by the sheet's author(s) in the Character Sheet forum. This feature would be fairly challenging to implement for any of the 5e sheets. It would be a fair amount of hours especially since long rest recovering all HD instead of HP is one of the most common houserules that I know of.
