If a player has "" in his name Chat is unable find for whisper

If a character name has quotations like this "Your Character Name" the quotation mark escapes out of name and I get the message (Unable to find a player or character with name: "Your Character Name") when trying to whisper. Looks like names after /w should be filtered into a string.

This happens because quotation marks are part of the syntax of Whispers , required to whisper to names that have spaces within them. Workarounds: Use alternative quotation marks, e.g. “ ” instead of " " Use HTML entities in the display name of a Character or player, e.g.:
