Cannot access Journal

After getting into my games page and I click on the drop down menu for Content all I can see is the chat archive. I can no longer see the Journal. My DM has tried kicked me and invited me back in twice with no luck.

Hi, Ken . The  External Journal is an subscription benefit available to games in which the Creator has an active Plus or Pro subscription. When the option to access the External Journal (from the Content dropdown menu on the Game Details page of a game) disappears, it is most likely because the Creator of the game no longer possesses an active Plus or Pro subscription. Could you please verify whether this is the case? (Note that your GM may or may not be the Creator of the game in question.)

I could access it recently but not anymore so that sounds like it might be it but I think the other players can access it. I have no idea if any of them have a subscription or not but I will ask

Also check the "can be viewed by" settings. Sometimes if it is not marked "all players" or at least you, it is not viewable. There is also the fact that the sheet itself (not the bio's tab) is not viewable in the external journal.

Ok, solved the problem with viewing the journal, it was the GM no longer having a subscription. Unfortunately I can not see my char sheet. When I click on my char's name all I see is the portrait. There is nothing for me to edit or even look at. My GM has tried everything he knows, including making my char editable by all players and I still can't see it. As far as I know I am the only player who can't. FYI I am using google chrome.

If the GM has let his subscription expire then the custom sheet will probably not be available so he is going to need to select a sheet so you all can use it.
