Issue with Roll 20

Hi all One of our players is experiencing a strange issue with roll 20 which is as shown below. Thanks for the help and sorry if this was posted in the wrong forums.
Hey, Tom R. I'm sorry to hear that your player is having issues with the site. Could you please have them carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have them thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Thank you. Please let us know whether this issue persists when using latest non-test version of Chrome. Please also post the following: Your player's anti-virus software List of any browser add-ons or extensions that your player has enabled
Hi The issue persists on chrome and on both no extensions, and the antivirus they use is Iobit Malware Fighter 4 and it has been tried with the anti virus off, as a note this has happened the last three times (once a week) but is only happening to this player specifically
Thank you. I've brought this issue to the attention of the Roll20 Dev Team, who will take a look.

Hey Tom, sorry you're having issues. Is that the whole console log? I need to see everything from the log from the time you join a game to the time it finishes loading and all of the text in the log has stopped moving for at least 10 seconds.
HI that's every thing that the player gets when joining the Game it just doesn't connect but I've recently Switched to the new character sheet the 5th edition Sheet by your team (Which is awesome by the way) and that has seems to have fixed the issue with it as he now connects with out any issue we only had time to test it once we will test it again tomorrow as that's when we all get to play and i will see if it occurs again Thanks for your time with helping with the issue

Alright, since this appears to be fixed I'm going to go ahead and mark it as Resolved and close the thread. If it or any other issue pops up feel free to open a new thread. I'm glad everything is working, happy gaming!
