Not Seeing Icons Only Seeing Letters

I am not seeing any icons when I go into my game to set it up, just the letters 'behind' the icons. Using current version of FF on Windows 10. Actually seems to be that way all over the website no icons.   Thank you.

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Seems to be just Firefox, seems ok in Chrome Ill go through the steps for Firefox.  Went through the steps, just had my computer tuned up so know its not anything causing an issue.  I have been having problems with Firefox and graphic issues, was told its a possible problem between recent video card updates and Firefox. 

I'm glad Chrome works for you; you may unfortunately have to use it until we can figure out what's wrong. Which graphics card does your computer uses, and which driver version were you recently updated to? Additionally, it might help determine the exact issue if you would please complete Step 4 with Firefox. Please include a screenshot showing the issues  and the Console Log. Thank you.

Only thing in console is the following: unreachable code after return statement browse.js:655:3  Firefox Version 45.0.1, Anti-Virus Webroot. Extensions: Bing Search / Ebates

Your computer isn't loading the Pictos font(s) for some reason. All of the icons you're missing are actually letters in a font full of graphics instead of letters, so when the font doesn't load, you get the letters instead.

So do you have a suggestion on how to fix that?

Try checking your FF settings for fonts/colors. (specifically the "Allow pages to choose their own fonts..." needs to be enabled) enabled disabled FF settings
