DM Controls

Player Movement Approval: I would like an option so that players who are allowed to control their characters can submit to the DM a movement choice and the path/final position is shown in highlight until the DM approves it. Lockout/Authorize: I would greatly like the ability to lockout all drawing/map modifications players can currently make. If they want to mark something, there could be a dialog box showing the player is asking permission to mark up the map. The same for the cards or adding any new tokens to the map. Movement Pathing & History: It would be nice if you could select a trace path option and show movement as non-linear...so going 15' east then 10' north. In addition, some kind of marker showing where the token started would be helpful...maybe until a 'confirm move' dialog box is checked?

Some workarounds: Idea 1: The player can use the drawing tools to draw out the lines. Now that the player can delete the lines himself you dont have to. Idea 2: Great idea, has been requested before. Idea 3: You can use a token to mark starting locations and coupled with my suggestion for idea 1 you have at least a workable solution. - Gauss
Thanks for the good suggestions. I'm going to make a generic starting location token to use for all players, and just move it off the play area when it isn't relevant.
Please work on Idea #2. I hate it when my players vandalize the map.
Get better behaved players.
Get better behaved players. While that's sound advice, some of these features would be handy even with well-behaved players.
I was specifically referring to the vandalizing, lol.
