She had a ring of protect +6 on. I thought it only affected AC but I could be wrong. This is my thoughts regarding her mental state: 1. On what what suppose to be one of the happiest days of her life, 9 villagers -- who she is sworn to protect -- and 7 Welsh guards were killed, senselessly. They were gathered together to witness her wedding so they were there because of her. If it had been any other time, maybe not so many or none would have died. 2. During the battle with the dragon she died, along with 5 Drow and 4 goblins. Yet only she was brought back from the dead. Everyone else who died was left dead. Now granted the Drow probably couldn't have been raised. I also realize that the decision to raise her was PC vs NPC but take away the game mechanics, she was raised when the others were not. I think she'd have something similar to survivors guilt going on here. Because she is sworn to protect the villagers and some of them died because of her, she feels she needs to take care of any members of the families that were left behind - widows, widowers, orphans, etc. The same with the Welsh guards and to a slightly lesser extent the goblins and drow. They died because of her so she feels she need to make amends. So in real life terms, I think she would be a bit fragile mentally and emotionally for awhile. There's got to some PTSD.. I agree that she could be physically healed after 13 or so days of rest -- that makes sense. But as someone who in real life deals with mental/emotional issues, I don't think she's going to be able to shrug this off in a few days. I think she's been traumatized and this experience is going to change her. I'm not exactly sure how I'm going to play this, I'm still working that out.
