Pro Tip: Put a space before the name of a folder to force it to the top of your list during a sort

Example Image As you see here, if you name the folders with an extra space at the beginning it will sort with the space included, but will not show the space in the actual list. This is handy for sorting your folders manually while still allowing the contents inside the folder to sort alphabetically as usual. Thus, the more spaces that come before the name the higher up in the list it will go. Two space names will come before a name with one space in the front, for instance. To sort , just right click the main folder and sort as usual. NOTE: This is only when you have folders within a folder, like above, but can also apply to the individual items within a folder as well!
As a Sys Admin I'm cringing at the concept of leading-space naming :) Leading underscores or other non-alpha characters would accomplish the same as well

With folders it's not as must of a concern but I wouldn't try that with Handouts or Character sheets themselves as addressing them with links would become problematic. I remember before we had folders putting a space in front of the PC's names to get them to the top of the list. That caused some headaches for me.
It's true, if you try and point to the sheet and it has a space in it, it will cause some problems. I only do this for folders.
