Hey there. I'm looking for a game. I'm free most of the week end and sporadically over the week. I can make pretty well any time work for me. I don't do text games as I find writing tiring. For a little more detail on what i'm after: I'm not a fan of combat and nether are the characters I play. That's not to say I am against violence or blood shed. Looking to really get into character and play a personality. Even enjoying using accents in character. I really like the political thing. The sway of control the trade of favors. The idea of gaining power without getting messy in a fight of my own. You know getting some one else to do it for you. Finally I really get into a story and a world, and I like to delve into the mysteries and puzzles. That's it. Don't necessarily need everything here. Open to try all systems. But if your game gets the gist of my style then lets play! Edit: Saturdays are no longer free
I'm not in any of those sorts of games, but you might want to advertise what systems you are looking for. If you are relatively new I would suggest looking for games in systems like Legend of the Five Rings or WoD (Vampire especially). I wish you the best of luck.
Open to all systems and Thanks

You and I play a lot alike. Good luck finding a game, I haven't found too many because most GM's (no offense to them) tend to shoot for the generic dungeon crawler. If you find something let me know, I'm kind of open to most systems. I prefer Star Wars Saga, Runequest, Ars Magica but I'm familiar with a lot of systems. Maybe now that two of us have expressed interest a GM might pop up to work with us on finding a system and setting.
Bump, Still looking for a game.
Hey, I am running a campaign set in an Ancient Greek mythology setting which you may be interested it. I made my own system. I don't really shy away from combat in my games, but the system I made is pretty brutal and every time you enter combat you take a sizable risk, so it often pays to try and avoid it. My focus is on creating an initial adventure to introduce player to the setting and tone of my game and then focus on adventures which the players want to go on. I am not really interested in fetch quests for some NPC which you don't even care about. If you are interested, feel free to email me: mensiklj@gmail.com and check out my game: https://sites.google.com/site/regesportlandiae/

Probably not Saga because it's a little vague, but I'm cool with learning any of the others.

I'll jump in by offering to run a game called Urban Shadows that sounds like it'd be right up your ally. Its a political urban fantasy game, in line with things like Dresden files, Constintine, Buffy, and Angel. It uses an easy to learn, story foucsed system that pushes the story to emerge in interesting ways. Check it out on drive thru rpg and let me know if you'd be interested.
Edit: Saturdays are no longer free.
