Need some ideas for a life cleric of Ilmater

My character Delilah has spent her life in service of the temple of Ilmater (The broken god, the crying god, the god of endurance...) To please her god she prays several times per day, buries the dead, friend and foe alike. She also as part of her morning prayer asks Ilmater "What suffering can I endure today to please you?" I was going to let my DM decide but he thought we could make a d10 chart. The only idea I had was: fasting for 1d4 days Then my DM after the next prayer threw out the obvious "self flagellation" one but I was hoping for more ideas on what pain or hardship my character can endure to please Ilmater?
I just found this topic, but I have a few ideas. Go without food and water and pay any in-game penalties. Maintain an all-night vigil and go without sleep, sacrificing a long rest. In fact, you could attempt this for multiple days, but your DM might want to have you make a random roll for a permanent effect. Prolonged sleep deprivation has been known to cause what seem to be permanent, psychological damages or changes. Another idea could be to wear no armor and face combat with vulnerability or deliberately give an opponent advantage or an automatic hit by not attempting to evade a strike. Sleep in the open with no shelter or protection from the elements, or take a swim in a freezing lake or river. You could go the other route and expose yourself to extreme heat or fire. Force yourself to roll a boulder up a hill and then have it roll down again, forcing you to repeat the process (as in the myth of Sisyphus). Make your character perform other feats of hard labor. You could subject yourself to animal or insect bites or even animal excrement. The options are almost limitless.
The first paragraph I ha e already done. I really like the last paragraph, the physical labor or exposing my character to the elements. Thanks!
