Dynamic Lighting: Player can see entire map

The player (Variel on https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/1350556/pfs-risen-from-the-sands ) was able to see the entire map (Pyramid) when I did not have Fog of War turned on (which I had to turn on to hide the map and then reveal portions as the characters moved through). All other players seemed to have dynamic lighting (d/l) correctly working. I didn't see anything strange about how his d/l was set up. The player was having other issues trying to see the map in general, especially when trying to zoom in or out and had to refresh his browser a couple times, so I don't know if that is germane to the issue. I'd rather not always have to deal with Fog of War if I can properly deal with d/l.

This is an issue we're aware of. We have noticed a handful of people suffering from a poor internet connection somehow fail to load the dynamic lighting completely. Often times refreshing resolves the issue for them. However, we're working on a more permanent solution.
