I've got a player that never logs out of my game. I guess it isn't the end of the world, but I assume there's a way I can kick inactive player out of the game session without completely removing them from the campaign. Is that possible?
Hi, Mike F. Could you please post a link to the Game Details page of the Game that is experiencing issues? That link should look like: https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/1234567/
Here you go Silvyre! https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/710614/mo...
Thank you. Could you please try asking your player to enter into the game and press the Exit Game button (on the My Settings tab of the Sidebar)? Please let us know whether their name is still visible within in-game, afterward.
Pat S. said: What can you do when the player has not logged in for over 6 months and is still showing in the game? At that point, only a member of the Dev Team can remove them upon request. This should fortunately not occur in newly-created games as of some months ago.
Thanks Silvyre. I was looking for a way that I, as the GM, could disconnect someone myself. I think you're confirming what I already thought. That the only option is to have the player logout using the "exit game" button or I can remove them from the game alltogether. Thanks for the feedback!
