Hi, thanks for looking! I'm a moderately experienced player. Decent RPer. My friend, a rather experienced GM and player, and great RPer. We are looking for a *Text only* game to play together on Fridays, any time after 8PM UTC (see below for conversions!). Preferably Pathfinder but we would be willing to play D&D 5e or 3.5e with a group patient enough to help us get to grips with the systems. We would play with a group that uses voice so long as they understand, and are okay with, the fact that we will only be typing. We likely intend to play characters that work well together and may have some kind of back story together from before the start of the game (depending on classes). We care a lot about story and are likely to forsake 'optimal' things for the sake of flavour. As as example; in another game, I have a melee character who has 'Skill Focus - Perform: Sing', when she really "should" have picked up Power Attack. She is an Angel and, as such, has a beautiful voice, hence 'Perform: Sing'. Things like that. It is worth mentioning we will never pick things to be deliberately bad just for the sake of being bad, however, if our character grew up in a peaceful village, its unlikely they will be leaving their home town with a mastery of two weapon fighting...even if they do think it looks neat. We are both extremely consistent players in terms of attendance. I know this is rather a cliché among players, everyone always "hates it when people don't show up" until they are the one flaking. We have both experienced this in another game and have no intention of visiting this on a group. Friday is the only day we can make currently without encroaching on other commitments. Looking for a start any time after 8PM UTC (3PM PDT/2PM MDT and CDT/9PM GMT/1PM EDT). Not looking for marathon games, 4-6 hours at most, though we would be flexible, and could continue a little longer if the group was in the middle of a fight or a situation similar that didn't lend itself to a hard stop. We would prefer to join a smallish group (6-7 players max including us) of mature players and we are happy to join a new game or a game that has been in progress for some time. If you would like to ask anything or you think we could be a good addition to your game feel free to message me. Happy Rolling! Xero
