Ideas for Swargens Personal Wealth

Ok so he already co-owns an Inn, with a HUGE back up fund in it thanks to the other co-owners. But now i come to personal decking out..... This is my MAIN adventurer, and i have no clue what to do with him to enhance him beyond his already epic abilities. As of right now he is sitting on the following: Armor: Banded Mail, Shield +1 Weapons: Maul, War Hammer, Javelins, Spear +2 No rings, scrolls, jewelery of any sort; not sure what can be done to help him other than maybe some magic armor..... anyhow, any thoughts are welcome, cause i value all of my companions input. Look at this as campfire talk about what to do :D (By alot, i mean his personal gp stash is at 18k+ again, need to spend some, even in a community service kind of way)

Item-wise, I know Swargen is "questing" for any Thor-like items. Even with $18,000 to offer, you check at the local shops and they are all fresh-out of  Mjölnir's to sell. (Thor's famous one-of-a-kind hammer that can't be picked up by anyone else except thor). Indeed, any Actual Thor-Gear is a major quest item, on the long-term scale, that might or might not come around. My question is, can we think of any Sub-Thor items that represent the same pathway? Are there some Lesser-Thorish versions, and would that be a special belt, or boots, hammer, helmet, or something else? I thought of maybe a magic Thor-like Belt, or magical Hide Armor or magic Banded? Of course I will not object to Swargen spending part of $18k on charity, community service, town-building, inn renovation, or the like.
