Voice issues

Using two separate computers in different states with different internet companies and browsers, a friend of mine and I are getting kicked out of roll20 voice chat every 2 to 3 min. we have tried the troubleshooting repairs noted and nothing. Other voice services do work and we could just not use the in site voice which i would rather. Could you please help.

My friend and i have checked our systems with the information you listed and the results are bandwidth ping 19 upload 4, download 40 mbps.  Camera functions in roll20 as well as in other programs. Under settings in individual games the webrtc is working. After sitting in the game for just a few minutes we are kicked out. if i open another web page i can get kicked it seems random. Browser: win 10, Java & cookies enabled, color depth 24 bit,  flash 20.0.-1, browser 1336x 603,  resolution 1366 x768
