API scripts disabled: Error downloading scripts (probably no scripts exist for campaign.)

Hello.  I just logged in after several months away, and I see that I am having the API scrip error "Error downloading scripts (probably no scripts exist for campaign.)" issue.  I see from other, recent threads (e.g. Feb 21-27) that the solution is to re-save the scripts. However, my Save Button is missing? What can I do? I am sorry if I am missing the obvious from the other threads. 

Hi, AJ H. You're likely on the new Script Library tab , which does not contain a Save Script button at this time. You'll have to navigate to another tab to save your scripts.
