Help on template not loading correctly

Hi, I'm starting to run my first game here, and we are having an issue. We had initially selected the OGL by Roll20 as the Character Sheet. My players have decided they prefer a different one, and I've tried to implement that, but unfortunately it won't seem to hold. It keeps going to the old one, and it's no longer giving me the option to change the current sheets to the new one. Any thoughts?

Hi,  Dave W. Did you make sure to hit the Save Changes button after changing the Character Sheet Template on the Game Settings page of the game in question? If you did, could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
