Currently, the Grid is 25x25. On a 5' per square scale, this gives me a max. of 125' x 125' map, not much for a outdoor setting.  What if I have an outdoor map that is 800'w x 400'h, is there a way to display this?

In the  page settings you can change not only the size of the page (height and width) but also the measurements of each  grid square (so instead of 1 unit = 5' it could be 1 unit = 100 miles!).
