We continuously have an issue of my player's sheets reverting to previous states. They'll update them after session, xp, spells, what not, and the next session, the reverted back. It's an ongoing issue. Every week something is removed from someones sheet, HP is reverted, exp, spells vanish, and it's per sheet...

I have encountered the same issue. We use the 5e shaped sheet. I'm the DM of the game and my players have had this problem on several occasions. I will inquire if they had popped out the sheet while editing and if they had it closed before exiting the session.

I've never seen this happen so it's difficult to say what would cause it. Perhaps stay popped in and ensure you always mouse out of fields.

Talked to my players as it had happened again. They had the sheet popped out and did not close it on exiting.
