Issue after enabling dynamic lighting

Player on tablet sees only darkness. Tried all the suggested fixes except a bug report, learned more about dynamic lighting, but even now as I've disabled it, the player cannot see anything. Most recent chrome on a galaxy tablet that was otherwise working fine until enabling dynamic lighting. At one point, the settings were such that she couldn't see (i.e. did not have "Has sight" enabled) but that is no longer the case. Tried giving her access to another token, no luck. Only darkness in the galaxy. 

Cleared cache as well.

I'm sorry your player(s) are having issues. If you and them could go through the following steps, we'll see if we can figure out what's going on. If these don't fix it I'll need to know: Which of your games this is happening in? If you try it in a different game does your player still have the issue/has you player ever been in a game with dynamic lighting before and did it work? Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
