Broken Image after upload

Hi kinda new to forums and such but i uploaded a whole heap of pics to my library in roll 20 but they have come up as a broken image and all of them uploaded with no errors i dont really know what else to do they are all the right format as i have checked and i have done the 3 steps mentioned to see if it would fix it but they are still broken and im lost as to what to do  thanks for your help 

I have found that changing such files from jpg or bmp to png usually fixes the problem.  Of course you have to reload the png format; I don't know of any way to change them after uploading.  It is easy to do using Paint or similar programs.  For some reason some jpgs just don't work for me but re-saving them as png files allows it to load properly.

There is a known bug with .gif images and .jpeg, where they should be accepted but are currently not working. Make sure the files you upload are .png or .jpg.

thank you for your quick replies it seems to have worked itself out i have no idea how it did it but i left the computer on last night frustrated and came back and it was all working sorry to have caused a fuss
