Shadowrun 4e

From my other thread to see which game would generate the most interest and it was decided that Shadowrun 4e would be the best bet. And so they will be the ones that get first pick. It will be a weekly recurring game ( I only want to do long term games ) on Wednesdays preferably at or around 6 PM.

They are working for one of the corporations and are given access to some gear to infiltrate Tokyo, for the US corporations fear they have developed some new weapon that will tip the scales of balance. Going across the Pacific Ocean via zeppelin and then they are dropped off via mini-sub to breach Tokyo via the sewer system to met with their contact and get access to their safe house. From there it will be up to them as they occasionally receive instruction from their corporate handler.

That is the basic premise of the game so far. More refinement will come as I get more information about characters.

Nice, I like it, how do you want us to send the characters? Chummer or Pdf? Standard 400 bp? contacts? House rules? Limits on characters?

I wouldn't mind giving it a try.

character sheets can be by google docs if desired. Standard character creation, no house rules.

I tend to start heavy in players for most will drop leaving me at my original goal. So yes you can play Jessica.

Could it be known which company/corporation the runners are hired? Also is there any limitation with nationality? Like no Japanese should be.

They will be working for Ares Technology against Renraku, whom Ares believes to have made a new system or weapon that will completely change the game.

Also just a sidenote: Ares did work together with various groups in the San Francisco area against the rogue Saito general and his regime. Sounds like fun, I had a character to other game, a technomancer-drone master, I rewrite the story to apply then.

I do now have the Chummer character generator so it should make character sheets an easier prospect.

Would there be a slot for one more runner? Experienced with e3, quite adaptable to e4, just studying the corebook ...
