Chat issue

One of my players is unable to see the messages sent by myself and the other players unless she opens the chatlog. She can send messages fine, just can't see them. Anyone know why this is?

This occurs sometimes to me as well, I refresh and it fixes it. - Gauss
I tried restarting the entire campaign. Didn't work. Do you have to completely reload it all?

The person having the problem needs to refresh the browser by hitting F5. That usually fixes it for me. Note: the problem I have may be a different problem. My problem is temporary and is some kind of connection related problem. - Gauss
Okay, thanks

Let me know if the problem your player is dealing with persists, Crazygerman.
I tried getting the chat to work again today, and my player is still unable to see messages. We have no idea what is wrong

Can you supply your player's browser specs?
Specs as in which browser she's using?

Have her list what she gets when she goes to this website - <a href="http://supportdetails.com/" rel="nofollow">http://supportdetails.com/</a> (We don't need the IP address, but everything else might give us a good place to start looking)
She's using windows 7, chrome 23.0.1271.64, has javascript enabled, cookies enabled, screen resolution 1024x768, colour depth 32 bit and flash version 11.5.31

Okay, looks like everything is up-to-date. Next would be to ask her to bring up the Javascript console (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+J) while she's actually in your game. When she has the console open, are there any errors in red present in the console log?
Apparently she gets this: Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'jqote'

Okay. Next, ask her to clear her cache. If she's still unable to access the chat window afterwards, I'll need to get a full copy of her java console log.
Okay. Tried that. No luck. How does she access her java console log?

It's like before (Sorry, I should have said Javascript). Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+J to bring it up while Roll20 is running. We'll need to the entire log.

Thanks for that! I'll send that over to the developers.
