Cannot roll from character sheet.

I am really new to roll 20 and dnd all together, but im really hoping this is not my fault haha. After i set my my sheet my group and i started our game. But whenever i try to roll anything, including a weapons roll or dex check or even init roll i get the following error. TypeError: Cannot read property 'substring' of undefined Is this a known issue and is there a fix for this? Can someone shed some light on this issue?

David, can you let us know what sheet you are using? With the limited information provided I would suggest going through the sheets and making sure they are filled out correctly and fully. Remember if it is a positive number, do not put a + in front of it. If you have a blank spot that could have a number in it, put a 0 in it. Those two things sometimes cause problems due to how the mechanics of the dice roller works.
Pat we are using the Pathfinder sheet, version .44 I went over my sheet and as far as i can tell there are no blank spots and nothing with a + in it.

Well hmmm. Let's run through the troubleshooting guide to knock out anything that might be off and eliminate anything other than the sheet. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

I went a head and created a game with the sheet but could not replicate the error. I have a few more questions, just to narrow down somethings. Are you the creator of the game? Is the pathfinder sheet the original sheet? Was it macro's or just the sheet rollers or both? Have you tried to roll with just a blank sheet just to see if the sheet rollers function as is? Sorry for all the questions but I'm trying to figure out what has caused the problem while waiting for a sheet author or someone experienced with the sheet to post.
I am not the creator of the game. Im not sure if its the original sheet, but i did ask the GM. So far its just the sheet rollers. I am in a game with other people and they are able to roll just fine.

Can your GM make a copy of the campaign, make the copy open to public, make your sheet editable by "all users" and send Vince and I the link? we'll have to check your character I am on vacation this weekend but Vince might have time.
I just made the request to my GM. Hopefully she gets back to me soon.
Ok. I'm here. The sheet rollers work on everyone else's sheet, and have worked on this sheet previously. I get the same error when I try to use the sheet roller as the :). Forgive me, I am also new to the site and am not sure how to copy the game. I'll will play around with it more when I have a chance
okies, i've copied the game, but it says that i have to be plus or pro to set it to public
a duplicate of the character sheet is giving the same error

@Laurel, If you send me a join link to your private copy of the game I'll have a look to see if I can get David's sheet to work.

After all this trouble, it was as simple as that. Thank you Vince for stepping up and with a glance, solving the problem. As the problem is solved, I'm going to close the thread.
