Importing Word Doc's

I am new to Roll20 and I am trying to import word documents for handouts.  However when I try to drag and drop or import, it does nothing.  What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!

Hi, Scott. Roll20 unfortunately does not support many document file formats.

Your best bet might be either converting your document to (single-page) PDF, or copying and pasting from the document to the text fields of the Handout.

Scott, you should just open your document and copy-paste then do your clean up editing. It is easier than jumping the hoops of word doc to pdf then upload a single page to the handout and have it convert to an image by roll20. If you copy-paste, it can be a living document that you can edit as needed otherwise you have to repeat the loop of word>pdf>upload>converts to image every time you change something. That will eat up your storage space also.
Thanks all!
