Count-Up Clock -- little trick I came up with.

I'm running HackMaster new edition on Roll20. The combat system uses a count-up system during combat with the GM calling out each second and players taking action accordingly. Hopefully Roll20 will eventually have some sort of floating count-up window but until then I came up with this work around. I found this virtual scoreboard at http://www.javascoreboard.com. Running it on a second monitor I use Camtwist's desktop+ feature (lets you select a portion of your screen to broadcast). I select one of the scoreboard panels. Then during combat I simply switch from my webcam to camtwist. So instead of seeing my ugly mug -- the players see the "count" instead. Hopefully someone else finds this useful.
That's awesome thanks for sharing.
I contacted the developer by the way - he's going to tweak a new version of the program and make it a true 'count up' version of the program (one score panel only). He hopes to post it in a few days at the link above (free). We used this in last night's game. Toggling from my webcam to the count-up window was really simple in Hangouts (haven't tried it on Roll20's server but I assume it will work. Only thing is the numbers will be reversed/mirrored on the GM's screen/POV - but appears correctly on the Players' screen. No biggie I guess. But it really helped keep things moving as all the players were on the the same page (count) and didn't have to keep asking "What count are we on?" during large battles.

Yesterday I was trying Ustream and its Proyector, but I wasn't able to make it work for some reason.
I don't Axel - but I'm such alternatives exist. Might try googling for a desktop broadcaster or something similar.
The developer of javascore board has posted a single panel (count up) version now. http://www.javascoreboard.com
dummy me -- you don't need a screen broadcaster if you are playing via Hangouts. Just use screenshare on the sidebar and select the Counter window to swap out your webcam. (slap). I was making it too complicated.
