Hello folks! I haven't had much of a chance to enjoy a game as a player in a long time and find myself wanting to more and more lately. I've been a part of the hobby for over 30 years and have mostly worked with PF in my time here on Roll20, but am willing to learn a new system. I prefer dark fantasy, games that don't mix genres and ones that don't have a wide menagerie of exotic races in the party. I accept house rules as gospel and don't believe in conflict at the table except in cases of extreme harassment. I think that by agreeing to be a part of a GM/DM's game I am accepting their reality and should do my best to make the game run smooth and be fun for everyone else at the table. My schedule is extremely flexible, I'm on EST and I'm willing to adjust to participate in a good group. That being said, I'd prefer being able to jump right into some action - even if it's just character creation or a group discussion as soon as possible. I've had the misfortune to join groups in the past that took an excessive amount of time to get rolling and it really killed the excitement. So, that's about it.
