I use the firefox-browser and I tried everything you wrote in different threats. I am able to start annother campaign, but not ma acctual one. Please help.
I have the same issue with a specific campaign.
Does it work for your players? If not, then I'm having the same problem.
I'm having the same issue so are my players just on the one campaign.

I'm having the same issue. It's only one specific campaign, though. My husband can't connect (different computer, same router) either, but we can both connect to *his* campaign. I was using my system all night so mine definitely didn't update. I'm getting two different errors on my console log,&nbsp; app.roll20.net/:12 Refused to execute inline script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' 'unsafe-eval' https://*.googlesyndication.com https://*.doubleclick.net https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="https://www.googletagservices.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.googletagservices.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="https://www.google-analytics.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.google-analytics.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="http://ajax.googleapis.com" rel="nofollow">http://ajax.googleapis.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="https://cdn.firebase.com" rel="nofollow">https://cdn.firebase.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com https://*.tokbox.com https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="http://static.opentok.com" rel="nofollow">http://static.opentok.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="http://cdn.crowdin.com" rel="nofollow">http://cdn.crowdin.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com Either the 'unsafe-inline' keyword, a hash ('sha256-LnCqW/U8jF9iu0UEeMtMQnKWAyseQCruRRW6ja/3Efk='), or a nonce ('nonce-...') is required to enable inline execution and firebase.2.4.0.js:167 GET <a href="https://s-usc1c-nss-110.firebaseio.com/.lp?start=t&ser=64837488&cb=4&v=5&ns=roll20-26" rel="nofollow">https://s-usc1c-nss-110.firebaseio.com/.lp?start=t&ser=64837488&cb=4&v=5&ns=roll20-26</a> net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT &nbsp;I thought it might be a connection issue but I can use all other websites without problem. E-mail, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, etc. It's only this one specific campaign that refuses to load.&nbsp; I disabled all extensions, he tried a different browser, I stopped all anti-virus programs.
@Thomas My computer did not update last night but I am having the same issues. I can create a new campaign but it won't let me import characters from any of the others Was working fine yesterday afternoon. Hopefully they fix it soon.
I haven't had any updates and I've tried on a few different pc's but none are working so I don't think its any kind of update causing it.&nbsp;
just a question: Do each of you use dynamic lighting? My games without it open fine.....my games with do not
I upgraded my account to Pro last night, would that automatically turn on dynamic lighting? I didn't turn anything on myself, in any case. I was just playing with map tiles and tokens.
I don't think it would have I was messing about with the dynamic lighting a few weeks back but I don't think that would cause the problem now as it was off when I was adding stuff last night.&nbsp;

My campaign just loaded. Was it because I sat here for an hour and waited super-patiently, or was it fixed? :D
Mine too.... I guess we will never know O.o
Mine is back too. What a relief. Had a tonne of PC ideas stored on there.
Mine is back, too.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues loading your games. If the first 3 steps don't fix your issue, and you have some kind of anti-virus running, please try it with your AV turned off temporarily to see if that fixes it. Some times AV can block your connection to Firebase, our database server. If non of these things work, definitely do #4 for me and paste the whole console log here so I can read it. Like, wait on the loading screen for 30 seconds after the text in the log stops moving then copy the whole thing. There will be lots of "errors" in there that are normal, but there will be some info I need buried in there that will help me get you up and running again. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Getting the same error here too. I've tried all the steps and nothing works. Here are screen shots of what's happening. Any help is appreciated.
Arthur B. , could we get your complete Console Log, copied and pasted as a reply to this thread? To ensure its completeness, please wait on the loading screen for 30 seconds after the text in the log stops moving. Also, could you please verify that Firefox experiences the same issues, as well? Thank you.
I don't use firefox and the console log was sitting for at least 5 minutes. That's all that came up. All of my players were getting the same error so it would never show that they were on at the same time. I just checked the Dev server a few minutes ago, and it's working fine now.

There was an issue we introduced yesterday for Dev. It's been resolved and I don't believe is related to the other issues people are having in this thread.

when I try to log onto one of my games (the one with the most info on it) it gives me a blank screen with "aw snap" written on it. &nbsp;I use chrome, did the 3 steps. &nbsp;It seems to be an issue with that specific game.

So, any ideas why one and Only one will not load and gives me the "O snap" error message? &nbsp;Can your site not handle the amount of maps I put in? &nbsp;Did I put in to many tokens? &nbsp;Do I have to be careful not to put in maps at the risk of losing the ability to access them?

Ron M. , we can't know exactly why you're having issues accessing the site until you test with Firefox and complete Step 4 of our troubleshooting guide. One likelihood is that your browser is the source of the issues. Please complete the troubleshooting steps that I posted so that we may further assist you. Thank you.

Are you saying my browser is opening one campaign differently than the other campaign? &nbsp;
