[3.5] Using con for will saves

So I have Steadfast determination and want to replace my wisdom modifier with my con modifier on my wisdom saving throw. Is there a way to code it in that it does that? I currently have a +3 con and a -1 wis (go figure as to why I took the feat eh?). Major disclaimer, I've no idea how to code.

You can do this by adding @{con-mod} - (@{wis-mod}) to the "misc modifier" field.
