C1 - Titans of the Demon Wastes - 2016 - 5 - 29 -- Season 4 Episode 02

s4e2 -- Friendfell Activity Without a boat the team hoofs back to BloodCrescent to scavenge a new ride-- killing a slew of pirate survivors along with way to leave no witnesses of the botched aerial attack. nearing the town, many refugees are sifting through the homes and shops of the dead and disappeared. a few desperate foks find the team near the entrance crying for help that a bunch of refugees had been captured by the elf tribe and forced to Friendfell .. a few got away during the [proces but he people were being eaten  like livestock on the col treck to the creepy structure. The Ag Combine has two harvest barges helping with the refugees resupplying from the agcombine headquarters-- news it the stornm has grown large enough to swallow the combine facility as well now, and it has been abandoned. Trading a bag of city gold for a favor, the combine barges the team up to friendfell to look in on the trouble and see plenty. The elf tribe previously working for Varias to defend the realm from spirit-world invasdion is now forcing the refugees to continue Huri'cs work in building the magic circle... digging by hand throught he dense snow to clear ground for othrs to bring moss to the circle's circumference-- evidence shws a lt of blood being spilled each day at each expansion of the circle. Tjhe team makes a half-heated effort to get some information before the talk turn sour and violence erupts.   rfugees run and the elfs move to fend off the tough adventurers.   The elves die with relative ease, but then their bodies rie up like zombies to coninue attacking. once the undead fall again, little shadowdragon whelps in the spirit worldleeak from the double-tapped trbe elves, flying with a trail of sulfurous ash into the Friendfell breech at the sheild's base. The team knocks their way into the interior space, following a craggy path into the dense mateiral where more human workers are delvering moss from a chamber off to the right elves fight in the material realm and skulking large shadow beasts like feathered dragon demons engage the barbarian in the spirit world. Chuck drops a cloudkill into the passageways, droppiong a handfull of elves and human prisoners as it billows inward and off to the right downhill towards the river flowing through the base of the sturcture.  the foes are spawning from the leftern passage as the team braces themselves to push further into the structure... 1/3 way to level 15
Ah yes-- the team was unable to recall to the squidship.. so the hallow has been disabled. Chuck casts Scry on the ship... which is an intersting question scry can either targe t aperson or a location the ship is "sorta"  location.. it's a large ship taht can change locations so we decied you could scry the ship. and you would essentially be able to see everyting on the ship, but anything off dck is about 30' of visibility before the obscurity of thelocation fades out. so they know jessie the witch and a bunch of witch bitches are retooling the ship into some sort of floating voodoo cradle.  multiple shrines fashioned thoughout the hold of the ship with many idols matching those found in th eHigh Castle at Blood Crescent. The team finds the ship docked high in the mountains to an extensive treehouse settlement populated by primal native halflings the scry picks up the bearded fellow taht Mahewa has memories of walking with a herd of halfling children and some decked-out halflings
