Transferring the Journal between Games

So I am getting ready to run my first game on Roll 20 and have been making myself a little monster manual in my journal so that I can drag and drop monsters into my game ready to fight. I have also been making spellbooks for my wizard and cleric since they are first time players and don't have the physical copies of the rulebook, and therefore don't have descriptions of the spells they can use (I realize this is less than ideal, but my friends are broke and I am not going to ask them to buy something before I get them into the game). My question is can I transfer my journal between games so that I don't have to remake my spellbooks for my players, and I can keep expanding my monster manual. I also have their character sheets in my journal and would like to be able to transfer those as well.

Hi Liam! Could you run the game in the game where you made the Journals? Another option is Copy Game to make a complete backup copy of your game, and run the game in the Copy. Wiki docs for Copy Game, https://wiki.roll20.net/Game_Management#Menu Subscribing gives you more discrete options to transfer specific bits from game to game. Character Vault is available for Plus or Pro subscribers to transfer Characters. Transmogrifier is a feature for Pro users, that can move Handouts, Pages, and more. Just to help Liam feel better, my 13th Age campaign has been running since early 2014 using the same game, Journal entries, maps, etc. So yes, you can keep running it almost indefinitely. You'll want to clear the Chat Log at suitable times, and Archive maps you're not using right now, and Archive journal entries you're not using anymore. I keep 6 or so maps ready, set up a sessions in advance. I archive them a few sessions after using them. Old PC journals get archived too. The monster journals I keep around but they're organized in folders and tagged properly.
Alright, I'll just keep running it in the same game, that should work. Thank you guys.
