Roll 20 App on Ipad 4 won't load map.

Hi. im gm with Plus account. My brother, which is a player in my game, is able to join the game via roll 20 app but something is not working properly. A little bit laggy and also he can't see the map background inside the game. He seems able to use chat and character sheet. Map in background is not working. Journal and compendium are working pretty good. We are using d&d 5e shaped character sheet. We have disabled sounds. Via browser it works a bit better he can see map but character sheet doesn't seem to work so good :( we have a good connection 80mbit Down and 21 mbit Up.  Any tips? thanks for your support. Are you talking about the Roll20 App from the App Store? That app does not support the map/token area of the table-top, it use it specifically for chat and all the things related to the character sheet. Loading it up using the browser on the tablet should load everything that you would see in a browser on the computer, assuming you're a subscriber. Some character sheets may not work very well because of the smaller screen of the tablet, but that is not something we have control over. The character sheet design is in the care of the sheet authors.
