RP: Visit at the Halls

After they have been reclaimed, Kroasi would make her way to the Halls of the Dead. She would start touching the ground and make one ritual infront of the fane. She then would talk to the nearest person: "I came to see the man called Cain. Horcus has told me that I can find him here." The young woman waits outside until Cain arrives and then says "This place is less out of balance than those around here. You seem to be doing good work. Yet there is still disturbance. But this is not why I came to you. Horcus told me that you train people here. I would like to join your training to learn from the people of this part of Maladon. Perhaps I can teach you some things about our ways in and beyond the vale."

Cain gives an appraising gaze to the girl. "Fine but I tell you the training for this is anything but easy. Here take this." He gives her a set of heavy mail to wear and hands over some heavy weights and a water skin filled with a green tinted water. "Take these and walk the stairs from top to bottom until you can not move anymore. Rest then do this again until the sun has no light left for the day to train your body. When you thirst drink this, it is a water mixed with herbs that will make your stomach uneasy but over time and with increased doses will turn your body into steel when it comes to poisons and the like. We need to do this for a period of a month and you will be tougher than nails."
Kroasi looks at Cain in confusion: "My believes do prohibit the wearing of metal. Will attaching additional weight to my clothes do?" And she starts shoving water skins into her pockets. She does the exercises with walking up and down the stairs, pondering on this and that while doing so. In the evening she sits down to meditate and absorb her surroundings and preparing messages to the vale, summoning up her experiences she had here. She informs the Thallidd of this new Hall, of the strange island that was found and that the black tower is still standing with noone willing to do anything about it. She writes that she still hasn't found the proper tools to clear out the ruins and that she might need to gather some strength before she does so.  When meditating she moves more and more to the noisiest places that hold the most distractions to practice her ability to focus on her mind and the spirits even in biggest turmoil. What use is there in only steeling the physical form if it will be her mind that betrays her? The herbal drink tastes horrible and so she spends some time to find other herbs to add to the drink to make the flavour more appealing to her taste.
