Player Tab

my players list such as in things as giving them control of there tokens. i have players missing from that list.

Assigning Characters to Tokens, <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Token_Features#Represents_" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Token_Features#Represents_</a>... Here are a few places to check, for why you may have encountered this in your game. When assigning control of TOKENS, the drop-down menu will say "Represents Character" and the drop-down list will contain Characters (not Players). If you have not created Characters in the Journal yet, those names will not appear on the Token drop-down menu. When assigning control of CHARACTERS, the drop-down menus say "In Player's Journals" and "Can be Edited & Controlled By", these 2 drop-downs list the Players. Check there. Are your players listed as expected here? Players can change their Display Name for the game, under the Settings tab in the game. The Players drop-down lists will show the Display Name that they entered, which might be different from their regular Roll20 Name. CC3768, your players will not show up unless they have entered the game itself. Just because they are listed in the forum as joined does not mean they can be assigned to tokens or character sheets. If this is not the case and you know they have entered the game itself with them still not showing up, please let us know and we can start the troubleshooting procedures. Ignore my ramblings then as Gold indicates it is corrected.

@ Pat , that issue was fixed by the Dev Team a couple months back. Now Players show up in the list if they are a member in the game, even before they have entered the tabletop.
