Depending on who shows up for my campaign or not, you might be able to join mine at 8 central. If you wanna make a character in the off chance it works out, feel free. The rules are 32 point buy, avoid elf races as they carry heavy RP restrictions, try to play more standard races, especially human, you may use up to 3 books of your choice + SRD + MIC+ Handbooks, starting level 1. Use your average class starting gold. This isn't a guarentee you will be able to join, but you will get first dibs if I have less players than expected.
