Gauging Interest for a WestMarches-type Game

Hi everyone, how's it going? I am a DM currently constructing a world that can fit for a WestMarches kind of campaign. If you don't know what that is, here's a link! http://arsludi.lamemage.com/index.php/78/grand-exp... If enough people are interested, I'd be glad to host a campaign for these people. I'm looking to achieve cohesive, fun, unique, sessions with players who'll help build a world and interact with the one I've built for them. The premise that I've come up with is something called the Mieran Isles. The Isles are a large, uncharted expanse that float over the continent of Lharonde, more specifically, the Mieran Isles. New Miera is the first island that was landed on by His Majesty’s Sovereign Navy. There are only 3 settlements on New Miera. You have been ferried over by the Sky Wolf, the only vessel able to transport cargo and people to New Miera from the ground. You have your reasons for coming to the Mieran Isles, whether it is for glory or gold, the Isles are your oyster. If/When enough interest is garnered, those who want to join will be given a 1-page write-up of the history of this world. New players are most definitely welcome and experienced players who are willing to help out are appreciated, If you have any questions, I'll answer.
I'd be interested depending on things like time and system.
System would be D&D 5e, and time would be dependent on when players and myself would be available. In a WestMarches-type game, the players will set up parties for sessions in which I will check if I am available for the established time. This will hopefully lead to a different party every time and allow for unique sessions.
Would you be interested in bringing on another DM?
If this gets larger than I can handle, most likely. I've had experiences with co-DMing, but that led to vast creative differences that eventually led to me stopping DMing for some time. If I were to bring aboard another DM, I'd have to go through an interviewing session, which would then be followed by a large transfer of my notes. Any ideas brought on by the Co-DM would be analyzed, and reviewed before being added.

I would be more interested in just running some games in general.
Are you going to run this on a set schedule with a set group or more episodic with rotating players?
I'm thinking more episodic with rotating players. with those who have played already are given lower priority than those who haven't played yet. There will be sign-up forum posts made by me on dates that I am available or on dates that a group of players choose that I agree with as well. Players will be given atleast 4 days advance for signing up.
voice or text? It's really hard to find text games
Games will be played with voice, using Skype or Discord. Sorry if you only play text games :(
Ah, too bad, thanks for the quick answer though :)
