Continual Charges to My Account Despite not Being Subbed

Hello. I'm not entirely sure where to post this, as I can't find any email to get this directly to a rep, but oh well! I just today discovered that I've been being charged for a roll20 subscription of $4.99 per month for the last 6 months despite the cancelling my subscription sometime in December, 2015. Since then, I have not received any notification of my being billed, though it's been consistently coming out of my account. My account only shows invoices up to December, 2015, which, again, was the month I also cancelled my subscription. Hoping to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Technical Issues is the only place I could really think to take this, as something had to have broke somewhere in my unsubscribing process. Thank you, AJ
