Hey guys, how are you doing? This campaign is a WestMarches campaign. If you don't know what that is, here's a quick summary. A WestMarches campaign consists of a large base of players that can sign up for session dates that are agreed upon by players and by the DM. Each session will consist of a different group of players each time, so each session will be unique in some way. Here are the specifications for creating your character: - Each character will start at level 1 - The 27-point buy system will be used for stats - Anything from the PHB and all published works by Wizards can be used for Race/Class options, including UA - Homebrew Race/Class options submitted will be reviewed by the DM for use in the game - A juicy backstory, so that you can help fill this world with creative and fun lore Here's a little about the world: The Mieran Isles are a vast, uncharted expanse that floats over the continent of Lharonde, more specifically, the Mieran Empire. New Miera is the first island that was landed on by His Majesty’s Sovereign Navy. The Mieran Isles are an incredible sight to behold, covered in rolling plains, lush forests, beautiful waterfalls, snow-tipped mountains, and other incredible vistas that the scouts haven't been able to map out. The Isles are as beautiful as they are dangerous, so be very cautious. Only the bravest adventurers have gone up there, and only the lucky ones survive. You have been ferried over by the Sky Wolf, the only vessel able to transport cargo and people to New Miera from the ground. You have your reasons for coming to the Mieran Isles, whether it is for glory or gold, the Isles are your oyster.
