Character "Attributes" Tab Not Appearing

Hello. I'm not sure if anyone's reported this yes (or if there is even something to report), but I'll go ahead anyway. The "Help" guide mentions that when you create a character in Roll20, you can assign "Attributes" to it, essentially allowing you to build their character sheet entirely within Roll20. However, when I try to generate a character, the "Attributes" tab, which should be under their avatar, is gone! I'd like some help with this. Roll20 is extremely immersive and already pretty much does everything else (music, backgrounds, etc.) so it'd be a real pain to force my players to shift between the campaign and Google Docs just because I couldn't get their character sheets into the Roll20 system. I'm uploading two pictures - what the "Help" guide says I should see during character creation, and what I'm actually seeing. Note that the "Attributes" tab, which should be under the avatar, is not there. Thanks!
