5th Edition OGL Usage Question

I'm making some pre-made characters and I've added some homebrew spells.  I obviously can't drag these from the Compendium like I Fireball and such, but is there a way to drag (or easily copy) a spell from sheet to sheet?  I'm still a bit new with the new sheet, so I'm not sure if possibly I'm missing the function or it's not a possible thing to do. Thank you!

Unfortunately, this is not possible; you will have to recreate custom spells manually.

You could create a master spellbook character sheet with your custom spells and copy the sheet for a new character. Then you change the copy, delete the spells not used and drag the compendium spells in.

Thank you both for your responses! I'm actually currently making class templates, which is what brought me to the question- I hadn't thought about putting the various typed out new spells into a blank then creating the template from that- that would work well.  Thank you.
