Chat Archive missing

Hi there, when I log into my game I can see that I haven't cleared the chat archive, but when I click "View all chat entries for this game" the resulting popup is blank. I have attached images of what I see. The join link for the game is  here , and here is the  chat archive link . I'm running the latest Google Chrome on Windows 7, and I cleared cookies fairly recently. The game was last played June 24, and I always print a PDF of the chat archive every session.
