I'm assuming you're talking about TrovatoreDiSentiero? I was able to load the game just fine, which lead me to believe something on your system is blocking the connection. Please try disabling any extensions you have running in your browser and temporarily disabling any anti-virus software you have running on your computer and try to load the game again.
disabled extensions, antivir, firewall but didn't work yet now in the log: firebase.2.4.0.js:167 GET https://roll20-16.firebaseio.com/.lp?start=t&ser=5924220&cb=2&v=5 net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
don't know why (no changes) now it work perfectly. thanks for your work!!

FireBase is the database server we use for the VTT. If you are getting a ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT with firebase, that means your connection is being blocked for some reason. It could be your computer, which can be fixed by disabling extensions/firewall/antivirus, or it can be your ISP which you don't really have control over, but usually fixes itself eventually or can be circumvented using a VPN. Since it seemed to have fixed itself automatically, I'm guessing it was a temporary routing issue with your ISP. Since everything is working again, I'm going to go ahead and close this thread. If you have any further issues please feel free to open a new thread. Happy gaming!
