[LFP] Romance of the Three Kingdoms RPG (kinda?)

I've been wanting to play an RPG set in the Three Kingdoms era for a while now but was surprised when I found out that there weren't any that I could find. So I put together a simple system and am now looking for 5 players who are interested in helping me try it out.  This game will be mostly focused on role-play but there will be battles and such. The first session will focus on creating your characters, your family/clan and discussing which time in the Three Kingdoms period you will begin. 

I reckon this sounds like a pretty interesting idea, i've studied a fair bit of ancient chinese history as well so it definitely piques my interest. Depending on the frequency of sessions and the session time I might be up to join this.

I hope more players will join and than we will finalize time and day the game will start, but for now it will be as listed in LFG.

Will players be using actual people from Wu Shu and Wei, or will they be creating original characters of their own?

This seems cool been awhile since i read up on and played some RotK, but I'd like to join in on this.

I'm a huge sucker for history so, this sounds very interesting. Much like Zach, I'm still taking my first steps here so I'd like to know which system will be used and if we will use skype or discord.

I'm personally fine with either Skype or Discord, we'll orient depending on what players have. The system will be relatively simple and easy to pick up so there is no need to worry about it. If you are interested and time is right for you just send me a PM and I'll invite you.

This would be a new system for me, and depending on how the characters would be, species wise, I would like to join. I also have both Skype and discord so that would be easy deciding.

Me and you will have a one on one session and I will help you with character creation so that the next game you can just jump in to play. Everyone else is able to make it to the game so I can't change schedule this time. I'll try to arrange the next game this week to be on your free days if everyone in the group also able to make it.
