MechWarrior/Battletech on roll20...why is this not a thing? just wondering as iv always loved the games but its not even a search option here.

Hi nathaniel. Roll20 is made to be 'system agnostic' and works with any tabletop games. You can play BattleTech and there actually are groups playing Mech games. Only a fraction of games that are taking place in Roll20 across the months, are offering slots in the LFG search at any given time. Try using the Matching Keywords field to search for any games, genre or game system title on-offer in LFG that isn't already in the drop-down. If you mean the system that HyperRPG on Twitch are using, I believe it's a custom ruleset developed by Harebrained Schemes for the show, and hasn't been released yet.

Harebrained Schemes = IP holder of Battletech, currently developing a new Battletech PC game HyperRPG = Twitch channel that has a weekly Battletech RPG show with some of the staff members of Harebrained Schemes Sorry for my assumption, there's been a small upsurge in Battletech games recently because of their show and the new game in development

Cool. My interest stems from the 80s and 90s mechwarrior games that then lead me to battle tech way back when. always tryed to get into it, never found a group.

I know that the hosts of the Fear the Boot Podcast play both games on Roll 20. You may want to contact them about resources, and you might get invited to have a look at their game. Here is a&nbsp; link to the podcast, I think the guy who runs the game is named Dan.
